None of our products are supported for listing on Tmall. To list on Tmall, you need to create your own product images. Prices on Taobao must not be lower than the prices on Beijies' Tmall store.

Regarding shipping
Orders placed and paid before 3:30 PM are generally shipped on the same day, or within 48 hours under normal circumstances. If there are many orders, they will be shipped within 72 hours. (Bulk orders will be subject to delivery time constraints.) If there are special circumstances preventing us from shipping, we will contact you immediately. We can control the shipping time, but we cannot control the delivery speed. Please understand that your order may encounter various situations on its way to you.
Our partnered freight forwarders are ZTO Express, Yuananda Express, and Best Express (freight forwarding is cheaper than courier for bulk orders). Shipping costs vary depending on the region and courier; please contact customer service for details.
For freight shipping, please contact customer service to adjust the shipping fee. Freight fees are payable upon delivery (additional Lalamove shipping fee applies).
Regarding receiving goods
Upon receiving the goods, please carefully inspect the box from all sides. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of it being opened, you must open the box and inspect the goods in person! If there are any missing or damaged items, please do not take the goods away immediately. Contact us at the freight station to negotiate; otherwise, signing for the goods will be considered as acceptance of the goods without objection.
1. Returns and exchanges are accepted if there are no quality issues;
If a return is necessary due to the buyer's personal reasons, and the return shipping costs are substantial, a refund of 20% of the original price will be issued. We do not offer returns or exchanges for items without quality issues after seven days. Note: (The buyer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs. For items with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted.)
2. Returns and exchanges due to quality issues:
For products with quality issues that accumulate to 20KG or more, the return shipping costs will be borne by our store (please contact online customer service for details on whether to use express delivery or logistics). If you do not meet the weight requirement and wish to return the product for exchange earlier, the buyer will be responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.
3. Damage to goods during transportation:
Please open and inspect the package in front of the logistics or courier personnel upon receipt. Cardboard boxes are flexible, while plastic toys are not, so the outer box may be undamaged, but the contents may be damaged. Please inspect the goods before signing for them. 5% damage to the product is within the normal range. We will provide a service to reorder and send replacement parts for repair, but we will not resend separate items. Transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle availability, and traffic conditions, and is not a reason for return.
