★Receiving Standards
1. When picking up the goods, buyers should carefully inspect them in front of the logistics company personnel. If the outer box is found to be severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of tampering, please open the package and check the contents on the spot. If any discrepancies are found, you must negotiate a compensation solution with the logistics company on the spot. If the issue cannot be resolved, please do not take the goods away and contact us at the freight station for further negotiation; otherwise, signing for the goods will be considered as acceptance without objection.
2. We ship the goods on behalf of our customers and handle the shipping procedures. Freight charges are all payable upon delivery. If there is any damage upon pickup, the freight charges can be used as collateral. Prepayment is generally not recommended.
★Sample Fees:
Whether it's a retail, wholesale, or gift order, we do not provide samples free of charge. If samples are required, they will be sold at 20% higher than the actual retail price. The price difference will be refunded after the order is confirmed.
★After-sales Service
1. We generally do not accept returns. In special circumstances, such as individual damaged goods or products requiring return, our company will deduct 20% of the goods' price (i.e., 80% buyback). The return shipping cost must be borne by the buyer. (Our profit margin is extremely low! We do not provide replacement or exchange services; manufacturers also refund 80% of the returned damaged goods.) Please do not place an order if you cannot accept this clause!
2. Due to the special nature of toys, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toys sold by our company are not covered by the three-guarantee policy. We are not responsible for any problems arising after use. If within our capabilities, we will help resolve these issues, but all related costs will be borne by the customer. Special products will be handled according to the relevant agreement reached between our customer service staff and the customer.
3. Shipments are to be picked up at the freight station by the customer, with freight collect. The specific freight and transportation time are subject to the freight company's charges. We only provide approximate figures for your reference! (New buyers should communicate with the logistics company in advance to avoid errors and losses!) If a refund or return occurs midway through shipment, or if the destination is incorrect, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and cargo damage fees! We prefer long-term partnerships and dislike one-off transactions! Please take some time to understand the freight station you are dealing with for the first time to avoid unnecessary arguments!
