For logistics shipping, please contact customer service to adjust the shipping fee; logistics fees are always payable upon delivery.
II. Regarding Receiving Goods : Please carefully inspect the box upon receipt. If you find the outer box severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape broken or missing, the sealing tape incomplete, or obvious signs of being opened, be sure to unpack and inspect the goods in person! If there are any missing or damaged items, please do not take the goods away immediately. Contact us at the freight station to negotiate; otherwise, signing for the goods will be considered as acceptance of the goods without objection.
III. Regarding Returns and Exchanges
1. Returns and exchanges are accepted for items without quality issues. However, if a return is necessary due to the buyer's personal reasons, the buyer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs, as the return shipping may result in significant damage. For items with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
2. Returns and exchanges due to quality issues: For products with quality issues totaling 20KG or more, the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by our store (please contact online customer service for specific shipping options, such as express delivery or logistics). If you wish to return the product earlier than the weight requirement, the buyer will be responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.
3. Damage during transportation: Please be sure to unpack and inspect the goods in front of the logistics or courier personnel upon receipt. Cardboard boxes are elastic, while plastic toys are not, so the outer box may be undamaged, but the contents may be damaged. Please inspect the goods before signing for them. 5% damage to the product is within the normal range. We will provide a service to reorder and send replacement parts for repair, but we will not send replacements separately. Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement, and traffic conditions, and is not a reason for return.
